Our Story

B&D Pool & Spa is owned by Beth and Don Osterhout. Our community has continued to support our business since 1976. Over the past 47 years B&D has continued to be a family run business. Though, our location used to sit at the North end of Norwich, it has since moved and now sits at the South end of Norwich. This gave our business the ability to continue growing in many aspects. We now offer storage sheds and run a small RV campground called Chenango River RV Park all in one location.

Cost based on weekly rate of $231. This CG is hard to review due to what it is - it's a large gravel lot that is part of a pool and spa company/U-Haul center. The pull-through sites are well-spaced and have a large piece-together patio. Back-in sites are nothing but gravel and utilities

There are no amenities at all other than utilities on site - you must be self-contained as there is no bath house of any sort, no picnic tables, no fire rings, no pool. There is some grass with the pull-through sites. For why we were in the area (visiting family), this was the perfect campground and at a good price. We would not hesitate to stay here again. We camped at B&D Pool & Spa / River Park RV Resort in a Motorhome.

They go by "Donnie O's RV Park, and use the address 5466 State Highway 12, just so you know. But it is located on the same grounds as the B & D Pool & Spa and they use their building as the check in.

We have family in Norwich, so this was a convenient place for us. The spaces are nice, long level gravel with (colorful) rubber block "rugs" laid down where a patio might be. That makes it really nice as an entrance to your RV. We had plants and trees inbetween us and our neighbor (we were on the end of the row). Each space seemed quite spread out from each other, and they are adding more. You are right next to the highway, so you get that noise, but it's a small town, so it's not bad. WiFi was good, tv was only one station, and cell service was good. Considering the area, not bad. We would stay here again. We camped at B&D Pool & Spa / River Park RV Resort in a Motorhome.
